Italian Chicken

I really don't know how "Italian" this chicken is except for the fact it uses Italian dressing. So - I will call it "Italian Chicken." This makes super moist fall apart chicken. That's why we like it.

Italian Chicken
lots of chicken legs or chicken pieces or chicken breasts
oil for browning
1 bottle Italian Salad Dressing

Brown the chicken pieces in oil. Then place in 9x13 baking dish sprayed with vegetable spray. Pour salad dressing over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.

Now that couldn't be simpler. I'm going to have to try that because we love 'tender, fall off the bone' chicken too!
